Hello! I’m Sally, the Retail Development Coach for Independents, creator of the Retail Development Programme™ and founder of the Independent Retail Community.

I've spent the last ten years, adapting the knowledge I have gained from my 25+ years in retail, to be relevant and tailored to independents. Writing and delivering workshops, creating tools and delivering coaching to hundreds of retailers.

Through 1-to-1 coaching, step-by-step training and support specifically tailored to independent high street businesses, (delivered both in-person and online), I help them to increase their impact, increase their profit and fall back in love with their business. As a trained women’s coach with One of many® I have plenty of helpful strategies that support women business owners to manage the constant juggle between their time and energy.

I continue to strive for equity in town and city centres, where we can support and enable independents to participate. I believe a collaborative approach between all sectors of the community is required, to create the diversity we need on our high streets, for a healthy, balanced society.
