Privacy
Under no circumstances will your details be passed to any third party for any other purpose. Payments are processed through a secure server and Sally Pepper has no access to customers’ credit or debit card details.

All designs and images shown are the property of Sally Pepper and should not be reproduced without permission.
Product Representation
All pieces are handmade by Sally Pepper using sterling silver unless otherwise stated. Every effort has been made to produce clear, accurate photographs and descriptions of pieces however monitor and internet browser settings may affect the colours shown. The necklace/bracelet/extension chain lengths are shown in CM, the earing drop length will be shown in CM, bead sizes (when given) will be shown in MM. Ordering
Send an email to info@sallypepper.co.uk stating the piece you wish to buy. I will then issue an invoice which will give you instructions on how to pay through PayPal.
Payment
PayPal is preferred for online payments. It’s a secure, efficient method of payment with no additional charge to you. You can use a PayPal account if you have one or pay by credit or debit card if you don’t. I will accept cheques please send an email for confirmation to info@sallypepper.co.uk and I can reserve the piece for you. The piece will be posted as soon as payment has cleared, for cheques this now takes five working days.
Packing and Postage
Each piece is wrapped in tissue and packed in a pretty organza bag and posted once funds have cleared. Pieces under £30.00 are sent via standard 1st class post with proof of posting obtained. Pieces over £30.00 are sent Special Delivery and need to be signed for.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I can offer an exchange or a refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging in perfect condition within 14 days. Using a signed-for service is the most secure method of returning an item. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Earrings can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty for health and safety regulations.

Buying Notes
All necklaces and bracelets have been measured from the end of the clasp to the end of the jump ring and will be shown in CM.
All extension chains are measured from the top of the jump ring to the end bead and will be shown in CM.
Where I feel it’s necessary I have given an indication of the bead size as sometimes the photo may be misleading if it is a large photo of the product. This will be shown in MM.
Glass and large gemstone beads may be heavy and I have included a note to this effect in the description where I feel it is necessary.
